I love the contrast of colors they have! I had a deep red golden once before named Kona. He reminds me of Duncan. I do love the deep color but I have also fallen in love with the creams. Kealani should be pure white/cream when shes older. We shall see!

Our first two Goldens, Ashley, the mother, and Nikki, her daughter, were of varying colors. Nikki was dark like Duncan and Ashley was much lighter. When we first got Dunc I was hoping he'd be dark because so many of the Goldens around here are fair. He's the one that really pops out because he's so different.
Ken and I have been reading your blog and have begun discussing the possibility of a second dog, and I think we'll go light. We want the broad spectrum! We are a rainbow family after all!
I love this picture of your two babies. You can tell they are having fun, and that Kealani to totally relaxed and enjoying Joey.
Kona's been a pistol today, I think he misses Joey! He's been digging, collecting shoes, etc. Stinker...
Curt, Goldens are addictive!!! I am so in love with both of my babes and they bring me such pleasure just to watch them!
