Im so sorry friends!! Ive been watching these owlets since they hatched and I had an opportunity today to go over and take their picture in my friend Jills tree!!! These owlets arent even 2 months old!!! They didnt make it back into the box before the sun came up so they decided to sleep outside!!! I hope you enjoy these pictures as much as i do!!!

Oh, how very beautiful! Barn owls are my best! I was given one to look after as a young child. They are pretty amazing - excellent ratters. They swallow their prey whole and then regurgitate a small pellet. Quite incredible creatures and what a privilege to have watched them from when they were small chicks.

AMAZING pictures!!! I am so jealous though!! :-))) We had a Barred Owl last year that took up residence on our property and I loved every day it was here!! It hasn't returned yet and I so hope that maybe it will!
